Ali'i Property

Our Ali’i property is centrally located with a short 5 minute walk to Kailua Beach and a 10 walk into Kailua Town. We provide free onsite parking, WiFi internet access, & beach towels for all our guests. We also have a coin operated washing machine & dryer on the property as well as beach cruiser bicycle rentals, beach accessories, with stand up paddle board & kayak rentals coming soon.

Our beautiful 4 bedroom house is perfect for a party of 6-8. It is complete with 4 separate bedrooms all with king size beds in them, 2 bathrooms, central air-conditioning throughout the unit, a full kitchen with all the necessary cookware & utensils, a dining area off the kitchen, a spacious living room, and beautiful outside sitting areas in both the front and back yard.

2 Bedroom/
​1 Bath Unit

Our Ali'i 4 bedroom house can also be converted into a 2 bedroom, perfect for parties of 4-6. The 2 bedroom house option is complete with 2 separate bedrooms both with king size beds and 1 bathroom. The house also has central air-conditioning, a full kitchen & dining area off the kitchen, a spacious living room with a futon couch/bed for additional sleeping arrangements, and beautiful outside sitting areas in both the front and back yard.

Ali'i Studio

Our Ali'i studio one of of the most popular units on our Ali'i property for parties of 2-4. It is a very spacious studio complete with a king size bed, 1 bathroom, central air-conditioning, a spacious living room with a daybed & trundle, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, portable burner, dishes for light cooking, and a beautiful outside sitting area.

Ali'i Apartment

Our Ali'i Apartment is a 1 bedroom/1 bath unit complete with a king size bed in the bedroom, a full size bathroom with a walk in shower, central air-conditioning, a spacious living room with a futon, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, portable burner, dishes for light cooking, and a beautiful outside sitting area.

 Ali'i Cottage

Our Ali’i Cottage is a 1 bedroom/1 bath unit and is one of our premier units. It is our only unit that is completely separated from the main house with its own semi-private yard.
This unit has a king size bed in the bedroom and a full size bathroom with a walk in shower. Our Cottage has also been upgraded with central air-conditioning, a spacious living room with a two couches that can convert into full size beds, a full size refrigerator, a table top convection oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, portable burner & dishes for light cooking.



Ali'i Private Room

Our Ali'i Private Rooms are small, relaxing units with everything you need to enjoy our beautiful island on a budget. Our private rooms are complete with a king size bed, private bathroom with a walk in shower, central air-conditioning, a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishes for light cooking.

Our Ali'i Shared Bath Units are 2 individual private rooms, each with a king size bed, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishes for light cooking. The rooms have a shared bathroom. This unit also includes central air-conditioning.
